            Describe

During the Qin and Han dynasties, the brick and tile firing techniques and artistic standards reached historical peaks, becoming a model of pride for later generations. Therefore, in the history of Chinese cultural arts, there emerged the term "Qin bricks and Han tiles". The phrase "Qin bricks and Han tiles" does not exclusively refer to "bricks from the Qin dynasty and tiles from the Han dynasty", but rather serves as a collective term used by later generations to commemorate and illustrate the brilliance and prosperity of architectural decoration during this period. It is commonly employed to describe ancient buildings with traditional Chinese cultural styles. Qin bricks are known as lead bricks. They are knocked like a clapper and have no holes when broken. Most of them were used to build palaces after Qin Shi Huang unified the world. Under the strict requirements of Qin palace, the requirements for materials and workmanship are very strict.

replicates the Qin brick tea sea technique through three processes and 16 processes:

Raw material production: soil selection, crushing and mixing, adding water and aging, washing and refining the mud ·

Mold making process: design and shaping, pouring and molding, molding with the mold, trimming and polishing, trimming and polishing, stacking and drying ·

Firing process: design flue, dry embryo loading into the kiln, fire the kiln, roof water in the kiln, out of the kiln selection, water grinding and polishing The kiln was fired for 15 days, and the water was poured on the top of the kiln. The body was restored to the color of indigo.

After leaving the kiln, the products were selected and eliminated, and the water was polished. The color is bluish gray, the texture is hard, the production is regular, thick and simple.
