WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
When your destination country is the U.S., you can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.
STANDARD DELIVERY:
7-15 Business day
Standard delivery is free for orders $350 The discount applies automatically at the checkout.
During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.
EXPRESS DELIVERY:
Express delivery time: 7 business day
Express delivery freight: $150
During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.
WHERE DOES woodcraftstar.shop DELIVER?
United States: Nationwide, excluding remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other overseas addresses; APO/FPO military addresses.
United Kingdom: Postal service available throughout the entire territory (including mainland UK and its affiliated islands), but not available for overseas territories and offshore islands (such as the British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey, and Jersey).
Germany: Nationwide, excluding affiliated islands.
The final service provider in the United States is USPS, and an USPS tracking number will be provided upon placing an order; the total delivery time for the U.S. is 5-8 business days.
The final service provider in the United Kingdom is Evri, and an Evri tracking number will be provided upon placing an order; currently, other final service providers are not supported; the total delivery time for the UK is 3-5 business days.
The final service provider in Germany is DHL, and a DHL tracking number will be provided upon placing an order; the total delivery time for Germany is 4-6 business days.
Abnormal package delivery times due to reasons such as unpaid fees, customer notification for package retention, overweight/oversized items, incorrect recipient address/refusal/not at home, or force majeure are not included in the reference delivery time range.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
You will also be able to track your order in your account.
TAX AND DUTIES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.
We ship to all locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
