Ming-style study Room
Ming-style furniture blends with Danish modern design, creating an elegant and serene atmosphere.
The study is elegant and serene, featuring a Ming-style painting table in the center. The table has a graceful and bright design, while behind it is a high-backed Southern official hat chair, with soft lines that balance and soften the straight lines of the painting table.
To the right of the painting table are three Ming-style bookshelves, fully open with three drawers. To the left is a bookshelf designed in the Danish modern style, which serves a similar function to the Ming-style shelves.
To the right of the entrance to the study is a small square table, while to the left is a rosewood table designed by William Watting. The designer drew inspiration from Ming-style furniture elements, such as straight legs and low stature; this small table is suitable for playing chess.
Next to the painting table is a famous FDB chair, designed by the father of Danish design, Kaare Klint, in 1914. This chair is considered Denmark's first modern design classic.
After reading for a long time, one needs to take a break. In a corner of the study is a black leather sofa bed designed by Hannes Wettstein, blending seamlessly into the soft light and shadows. Lying on it, one can dream peacefully under the clouds and moon, enjoying a tranquil and pleasant atmosphere.
